[Rinzler should lay low. Avoid attention. Stay out of notice for a while longer, at the least. It's been barely three user days since this admin had to forcibly detach him from his prey, and if the repercussions hadn't been nearly as bad as he'd anticipated, that's all the more reason not to push his luck.
But if the inefficiencies in the system had been bothering him since he arrived, a night in the hold had really only given Rinzler more time to loop over the problems. And this admin had been surprisingly tolerant of questions before.]
Transporter units: weaponized (timestamp: -28.2 user days). Upgrade tested, functional; high-level security functionality added to flightcraft.
No steps taken to integrate transporters in security suite.
Operator count static. [See also: one.]
Untrained operators: unskilled, disorganized. Potential hazards under emergency conditions.
Reference test instance: Emiri.
[That evacuation would have been much smoother if they'd had more people capable of flying the groups out. More pilots trained on the new weaponry. And most of all, more organization. Weapons are meant to be used, and Rinzler can hardly fault desperate users trying to utilize them during a fight. But the lack of a system makes his circuits itch. It's inefficient. Dangerous.]
You concerns have been acknowledged and we will take this advice into account when we assign jobs to new arrivals. They may need additional instruction even they have experience operating transporters.
Are you willing and/or capable of taking responsibility for their instruction?
[There's a noticeable pause. That is... not the response Rinzler was expecting. He's not sure it's a good idea. But he's equally unsure about refusing the admin. Especially when it comes to correcting a fault he submitted.
(And there's that flicker of a challenge as she questions capability...)]
Sir, I would like to ask permission for Rey to observe some of the Training Simulation Room's tech in action. She's shown technical aptitude and having an additional person familiar with the functions could help quite a bit.
Crewmember Miller, as the Training Simulation Room is under your direct supervision we trust your judgement in whom you choose to train in its upkeep and maintenance. Permission is granted with a note for the future that you have the discretion to train others as you see fit, provided you feel they are to be trusted.
I have some ideas on dealing with this glass fusion thing, at least fixing people that have run into it. And since you got Ingress access, I wanted to get in touch. Alright if we talk?

I got some other people interested in helping out, so I'm trying to pass the word along where I can. Pick up resources.
